Objective of the National Road Safety Diary

To provide easy access to a single, comprehensive, reliable, and up to date listing of future UK road safety events (excluding commercial training courses, trade shows etc). The benefits are:

• By getting your event listed, you will reach a wider audience.
  
  
• By checking the Diary when you are arranging an event, you will avoid clashes of dates.
  
  
• By being available around the clock, the Diary will promote road safety interest generally.

Layout of the National Road Safety Diary

• Events open to the public are listed in detail, and can include a direct link to details on the organiser's web site.
  
  
• Events not open to the public, but which might attract significant attendance, are included in outline, allowing organisers to flag up dates which others may want to avoid.
  
  
• The Diary is not intended for the promotion of commercial events by commercial organizations.

Getting your event listed

Please email "Diary" followed by "@nrsd.org.uk" (without any spaces or quotation marks). Or you can telephone 0121-256-2260. Note that this email address may change from time to time, to spam, so you might want to check this page before emailing. Please:

• Send details of any events you are planning as soon as the date is set, even if some of the details will be shown as "To be advised".
  
  
• Use the Diary when planning your own events, to avoid needless clashes.
  
  
• Encourage others to make use of the Diary.
  
  
• Let us know if there are ways we can improve the Diary.
  
  
• Feel free to include within your own web site a link to the Diary: at present this is to "http://www.nrsd.org.uk/".

By using the Diary you will help everyone involved in the planning road safety events in the UK.
